Cyber Security Training in Munich 2017

SANS Munich December 2017 takes place 4th - 9th of December, at the Munich Marriott Hotel

  • Choose from 4hands-on cyber security courses.
  • Prepare for: GCIA, GPYC, GSEC and GNFA Certifications.
  • Take SANS Training in a classroom-like environment and under the supervision of a SANS Instructor.

The following SANS Instructors will be teaching courses at SANS Munich December 2017:

  • Donald Williams - Donald retired from active duty in 2014 after over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. He has extensive experience in incident handling, intrusion analysis, and network auditing. During his career in the Army, he served as the Defensive Cyber Operations Chief for the Army's Regional Computer Emergency Response Team in South West Asia (RCERT-SWA), directly overseeing the intrusion analysis and incident response teams for one of the Army's largest networks spanning over 10 countries.
  • Doc Blackburn -Doc Blackburn has over 30 years of experience in system and software design, server and network administration and website programming. His interest in computers started in 1982 when he first started programming in DOS on a Texas Instruments TI-99 4a and continued as a dedicated computer hobbyist until he decided to make information technology a full-time career in 1998.
  • Jonathan Thyer - Jonathan (Joff) is a Senior Security Consultant, Researcher, and Penetration Tester with Black Hills Information Security. Joff has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry as an enterprise network architect, network security defender, and information security consultant. Joff also has experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, engineering network infrastructure defense (including Cisco ISE deployment), and software development
  • Philip Hagen - Philip began his security career in the US Air Force Academy, has worked in IT security since 1998 and is FOR572's co-author. Phil has been captivated since the early days, working on information security projects since the mid-1990s, but networking grabbed his attention even before that.
